Refund Policy

Quantum Build AI is sold by Quantum Build Consultancy Limited, Ballyvaldon, Blackwater, County Wexford, Ireland. Purchases are one-off pre-paid credit top-ups — there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Where part of the purchased credit has already been used, the refund may be reduced by the value of the credit already spent — we will always tell you the amount before we process it.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at donal@quantumbuild.ai. You will need the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the order reference from your receipt.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card. Our payment provider, Stripe, handles the return and any associated VAT adjustment. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Payment problems

If a payment was taken in error or duplicated, contact us at donal@quantumbuild.ai and we will arrange a full refund of the mistaken charge.
